The Handbook for Constitutional Decisions in the Federal Government

Many laws are passed and many decisions are made by the Federal Government. Our Constitution is the law of the land or so we thought. Decisions made by the federal government must pass the test of conforming to the language in the Constitution

The decisions of the federal government specifically Congress must meet the test of compliance with the Constitution. Laws enacted should clearly identify the specific reference to the Constitution on which it is based. The process of making decisions must be evaluated by each of us as voters with regards to the decisions made. This book looks at this process and potentially provides some examples of decisions made as they relate to the Constitution.
